It's beginning to feel like I'm really going to be outside of the country soon. I have a hotel reservation for when we get to Phnom Penh, and I've just applied for an eVisa to Cambodia.

The clothes I'd ordered arrived on Wednesday, and everything actually fits. I think the shirt is too thin to be my only button-up (especially if we visit the highlands), but it looks like it'll serve pretty well in the tropics. I like both the Sol Patrol pants and the Jackalope ones, but the latter are a slightly better color, so I think I'm going to return the others to the REI store. I still have some things I need to get there.

I had dinner with Kyra on Wednesday evening and we spent some time poring over mens' clothing books. It was very helpful. I now know more about what I'm looking for and how to ask for it. The Thorn Tree forums has a lot of mixed reviews of tailors in Hoi An and Hanoi.
